ALGEBRA AND PROOF: Laws of indices, surds, quadratic functions, simultaneous equations, linear and quadratic inequalities, manipulation and factorisation of polynomials, graphs of functions, simple transformations.
COORDINATE GEOMETRY: Equation of a line, parallel and perpendicular lines.
SEQUENCES AND SERIES: Recurrence relations, arithmetic series, sigma notation.
DIFFERENTIATION: Gradient of tangent, differentiation of x to the power n, applications to tangents and normals.
INTEGRATION: Indefinite integration, integration of x to the power n.
