About the course director

Rosemary Smith gained an honours degree in Mathematics from York University before going on to Oxford University to obtain her PGCE. She taught Mathematics for 20 years at schools in Middlesex and Surrey, including 10 years as a Head of Department. She is an A-level Team Leader and Examiner for Mathematics and Further Mathematics, a Reviser for papers in Further Mathematics and an Assessor for both GCSE Mathematics and Statistics. She has worked with several publishers and is also an Independent Schools' Inspector.
